Avalon Midtown West

I’ve been a resident at Avalon Midtown West for four years and I cannot emphasize enough how Rodney and Latonya have played a pivotal role in making my experience exceptional. Their commitment to providing outstanding service and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere is truly second to none. From the moment I arrive in the building each day, Rodney and Latonya greet me with cheerful smiles and a genuine willingness to assist with any queries or concerns that I may have. Their friendly demeanors immediately put me at ease, making me feel welcomed and valued as a resident. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure that everyone at Avalon feels comfortable and supported. Their contagious enthusiasm and positive attitudes have a way of brightening the day for everyone at Avalon Midtown West.

From the moment you step foot in the building, you'll be greeted by a team of incredibly friendly and accommodating individuals, ranging from the front desk staff to the office team. Their kindness and willingness to assist will leave you feeling valued and supported. Moreover, the building itself is meticulously maintained, boasting a pristine cleanliness that is truly impressive. Not only that, but the amenities provided are second to none, ensuring that your every need is met and exceeded!!!!

As a resident here, I would say Avalon Midtown West is truly a gem in NYC for its prime location, exceptional amenities, and outstanding staff. Rodney and the front desk crew consistently delivers warm and courteous service, going the extra mile to create a homely atmosphere and make your day. On top of that, the maintenance team also stands out for their professionalism and efficiency in addressing any requests. This is a place where I would comfortably call home.

Rodney at the front desk is always so friendly and helpful! Always cheers my day up a bit when I see him. Everyone working here makes me feel very taken care of and at-home, which is hard to get in a big city like this. I’ve also had multiple maintenance requests that were taken care of well and in a timely fashion. Although I personally don’t love the area of midtown (personal preference), there are a lot of convenient shops nearby and also subway stops, and the apartment itself is still great regardless of location.
